5 Simple Steps to Make Mushroom Fried Rice

Cook Rice

Boil rice with one tsp salt and one tbsp oil until cooked but firm.

Cool

Drain and rinse the rice under cold water, then add one tbsp oil.

Stir-Fry Vegetables

Heat oil and saute mushrooms and celery on high heat until glossy.

Add Sauce and Rice

Mix in soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce, then add the rice.

Serve 

Stir well to combine the rice and vegetables then serve hot.
