Dice strawberries, apricots, and kiwis into small cubes.
To make a smooth slurry, combine sugar and custard powder with a small amount of milk.
After preparing the slurry, you have to boil the remaining milk in a pot for about 10 minutes. Once it starts boiling, add the custard slurry and whisk well.
Now, stir in the chopped fruits, almonds, cashews, mint leaves, and vanilla essence.
Now allow the custard to cool before chilling it in the refrigerator and serve.
