5 Simple Steps to Make Date and Pistachio Muffins

Preheat Oven

Set your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease a muffin tray with butter.

Make Batter

Cream together the butter and khaand (sugar), then add ragi flour, whole wheat flour, corn starch, cardamom, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well until combined.

Mix Wet Ingredients

Stir in buttermilk and water until the batter is smooth and well-blended.

Add Dates and Pistachios

Fold in chopped dates and pistachios.

Bake

Spoon the batter into the tray and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy.
