In a bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder and salt, ensuring they are well mixed for even texture, gradually pour in milk and mix until a dough forms.

Add Butter

Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. The dough should be binding, neither sticky nor dry.
