Rinse one cup of rice under cold water, then cook it with two cups of water and a pinch of salt until tender.
Blend two cups of fresh spinach with a little water until it’s smooth.
Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan, then add one finely chopped onion and cook until golden, then add two to three minced garlic cloves.
Stir the spinach puree into the onion and garlic mixture, and cook for a few minutes to combine the flavours.
Make sure everything is well blended by gently mixing the cooked rice with the spinach mixture and enjoy it hot.
