Combine dosa batter, onions, capsicum, coriander, green chillies, and paneer to form a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add curry leaves, sesame seeds, and mustard seeds, and saute for a few seconds over medium heat. Pour the tempering over the batter and thoroughly combine.
Lightly grease the appe pan and heat it over medium flame.
Pour the batter into the moulds and cook until golden brown, flipping as needed.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
