The imperfections of your life have defined your personality so far. Embrace them to move forward. Your experiences are different from your peers, and that’s what make you whole.
Your self-esteem need not be contained within tight skin and pouty lips. It’s alright to see the signs of ageing.
Exercise, eat right and treat your body as the home you will live in for the next 40 years. That way, you will age like fine wine. With more grace, less glee.
