Samantha’s Morning Routine Decoded! Journaling, Wim Hof, Tapping and More

Indian actress Samantha wakes up at 5:30 am and starts journaling. In a video shared on Instagram, she said, “I write a gratitude journal. I set myself up to have a good day.”

The diva then goes to her terrace or balcony for 5 minutes of sun soak.

After soaking in the sunlight, she moves on to a breathing exercise. She follows the Wim Hof method.

Samantha ensures to spare 25 minutes for meditation. “I have been doing Isha Kriya for a while and it has been transforming,” Samantha said.

Lastly, she revealed that over the last couple of months she has been using the emotional freedom technique or tapping, which involves tapping certain points on your body, to balance energy and reduce pain.
