We all love spicy Korean ramen but often they are just too spicy for our taste buds. The simplest way to make the noodles less spicy is to add less chilli sauce in the mix. Use half pack instead of full and enjoy with your favourite beverage.

If you don’t want to compromise on the taste, add shredded cheese to the ramen to reduce the spiciness. You can also mix a few cheeses to get the perfect cheese pull.

If you don’t like cheese, try lemon. Instead of adding cheese to your ramen, add lemon juice and some peanuts. You can also make it a bit herby by adding thyme in it.

If you want to make a balanced meal, add sausages or chicken tikkas to your ramen along with some veggies. Add a few tablespoons of milk to reduce the spiciness.

If you want to try a viral hack, try wrapping your ramen in rice paper rolls and add some veggies and cheese too. You can pan fry the rolls from both sides to get a crispy texture.
