Nandini, a 19-year-old girl from the quaint town of Kota, Rajasthan, has won the Femina Miss India World 2023 crown
She has a degree in Business Management. And, her motto in life is to create job opportunities and always stay grounded in her roots.
She is inspired by businessman and philanthropist, Ratan Tata, who is known for his humanity and for donating most of his money to charity.
She is also inspired by former Miss World and film actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
As a 10-year-old, she always dreamed of competing in Femina Miss India, desiring the crown for its beauty. But she soon realised that it was much more than just the crown.
Gupta will represent India at the Miss World contest. The 71st edition of the Miss World pageant will be held in the United Arab Emirates, this year.
The grand finale ceremony held on April 15 was a star-studded affair and celebrated the ethos of beauty in diversity. The evening kickstarted with a breathtaking performance by the former winners of the pageant,
The state winners were judged by an elite panel consisting of Femina Miss India Universe 2002 & Mentor Neha Dhupia, boxing icon Laishram Sarita Devi, ace choreographer Terence Lewis, film director & writer Harshavardhan Kulkarni and distinguished designers Rocky Star and Namrata Joshipura.
At the 71st Miss World pageant, Karolina Bielawska of Poland will crown her successor at the end of the event.
