Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 258 explains how Black Flash can trigger Reverse Cursed Technique and heal the user. As a result of Yuji's relentless attacks, Sukuna has been unable to recover. Yuji's Black Flash strikes fell just between Megumi and Sukuna's souls.
