According to Hindu scriptures, Kalki, the 10th avatar of Lord Vishnu, will mark the end of Kalyug and the beginning of another Satyug.
The ten avatars of Vishnu are Matsya, Kurma, Varaha, Narasimha, Vamana, Parashurama, Ram, Krishna or Balaram, Buddha, and Kalki.
He is predicted to reincarnate at the end of this millennium or the middle of the next. He will be seen riding a white horse called Devdutt and eradicating all sins and sinners.
As per Hindu mythology, Kalki will be born in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, and will be mentored by Parashurama, the sixth avatar of Vishnu.
Kalki is said to appear on Earth during the Baisakha month and on the 12th day after the full moon day.
It is also believed that Lord Kalki will be born to a man named Visnu Yasa and a woman named Sumati.
