Sholay (1975)

In Ramesh Sippy's 1975 blockbuster film Sholay, Malini essayed Basanti's role and Dharmendra was paired opposite her as Veeru.

Seeta Aur Geeta (1972)

The film was a commercial success, garnering critical acclaim for Malini's performance. Hema Malini played the dual role of the titular identical twin and was cast opposite Dharmendra and Sanjeev Kumar.

Dillagi (1978)

The Burning Train (1980)

The action thriller was a remake of the 1975 Japanese thriller, The Bullet Train. In the movie, Dharmendra plays a man who becomes a heartbroken wanderer after he's dumped by Malini, and years later they meet while travelling on the hapless train.
