Uttar Pradesh

Uttar Pradesh, a state in northern India, has the highest number of constituencies in the Lok Sabha, India's lower house of Parliament, with a total of 80 seats. Of these, 17 are reserved for Scheduled Class.

Maharashtra

The central Indian state of Maharashtra is in second place with 48 seats, including 41 general, 3 Scheduled Caste (SC), and 4 Scheduled Tribe (ST) seats.

Andhra Pradesh

Andhra Pradesh, a state in the southern coastal region of India, has 42 seats, of which 34 general, 6 SC, and 2 ST seats.

Bihar

With 40 seats in total, Bihar in India's east comprises 33 general and 7 SC seats, without any reserved for ST candidates.

Tamil Nadu

The South Indian state of Tamil Nadu has 39 seats in total, of which 32 are general, and 7 are SC seats.

West Bengal

The eastern Indian state of West Bengal also has 42 seats, of which 32 are general, 8 SC, and 2 ST seats.
