Australia vs South Africa semi-final in ODI World Cup 2023 has a reserve day if it rain in Kolkata.
The priority, however, is to finish the match on the same day. There's 120 minutes of extra time instead of 60 minutes available in league stage.
If the match does not start before the completion of the 20th over in the second innings, then it will be completed on the reserve day with full 50 overs on play.
However, if the match starts and 20 overs are completed and rain interrupts then the match will start on reserve day with reduced overs.
In case of match being abandoned, higher rank team in league stage will enter the final.
Between Australia and South Africa, the latter will advance to the final if the match is abandoned even after using the reserve day.
