1. Virender Sehwag Triple Century

India’s Virender Sehwag is the only batter to score a triple hundred in the head-to-head meetings between the side. Sehwag scored 309 against the arch-rivals in April 2004 in Multan when India toured the nation. 

2. Anil Kumble Ten-Fer

In February 1999, Anil Kumble scalped 10 wickets in a Test innings and became the second bowler in the Test history to record the feat. He is the only bowler to do so from either India or Pakistan. 

3. Saeed Anwar’s 194

In May 1997 Pakistan’s Saeed Anwar scored 194 runs in an ODI innings and recorded the highest individual score in the rivalry in the 50-ver format. Interestingly, it was the highest individual score in ODI format for any male batter for next 13 years. 

4. India’s impeccable record at World Cups

At the time of writing, India had lost only one World Cup match against Pakistan (men’s senior) and hold the impeccable record of 14-1 in 16 matches played. Intrestingly, India have never lost an ODI World Cup match against Pakistan. 

5. Pakistan’s Asian Test Championship Win

Pakistan’s unque feat involves them winning the 1998-99 Asian Test Championship, a triangular tournament held only twice. India never won the competition despite participating while Pakistan won the inaugural edition having beaten India in the group stage.
