Remove the seeds from the dates and flatten them using your fingers.
Line a dish with baking paper and place the flattened dates evenly on it.
Spread a layer of peanut butter all over the dates.
Chop pistachios and almonds, and sprinkle them over the peanut butter layer.
Melt the chocolate and pour it over the nut layer, spreading it evenly.
Place it in the fridge until the bar is set.
Cut the bar into equal square sizes and enjoy!
