In a blender, add oats or oat powder with ripe banana, almond or oat milk, baking powder, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease it.
Once the pan is hot, pour small rounds of batter into the pan. Cook for 1–2 minutes from both the sides.
Top the pancakes with your favourite toppings such as berries, maple syrup or peanut butter.
