Wash and slice strawberries, then wash and dry spinach and arugula.
Caramelise sugar in a saucepan, then toast walnuts until golden; chop when cool.
Blend balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey, strawberries, black pepper and salt for the vinaigrette.
Arrange greens on a plate and top with strawberries, basil, walnuts and feta.
Drizzle with vinaigrette and finish with black pepper.
