Lay yaki-nori on a bamboo mat and spread rice evenly, leaving 3/4 inch uncovered.

Add Filling

Place cucumber in the centre of the rice.

Roll the Sushi

Lift the bamboo mat and roll over the nori, sealing it with rice on the edges.

Repeat the Roll
