In a blender add 1 cup cold milk.
Add 1/2 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 pinch salt.
Peel and segment 2 medium oranges and add to the blender.
Add 1 medium banana and blend for a minute.
Add some ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
Check the consistency and taste. Adjust if needed.
Pour into glass and serve!
