India issues strong warning to migrants on fishing vessels to Iran

India has issued one of the sternest warnings to fishermen not to take up jobs on trawlers or vessels leaving from Saudi Arabia, UAE and Bahrain, and moving towards Iran, warning that they could be arrested.
