A Jaguar aircraft of Indian Air Force crashed near the India-Pakistan border in Rajasthan's Pokhran area, Indian news agency PTI reported today.
However, the news agency said that both the pilots ejected safely.
The aircraft was on a routine training sortie when the incident occurred in the area which is near the India-Pakistan border, defence spokesperson Lt Col Manish Ojha has been quoted as saying.
A court of inquiry has been ordered into the incident, he added.
