From 'Spider-Man' to 'Avengers: Endgame': Check out top 10 highest-grossing superhero films of all time

'Avengers: Endgame' is the highest-grossing film of all time. The Marvel film grossed $2.798 billion worldwide and surpassed Infinity War's entire theatrical run in just eleven days and broke numerous box office records after the release. 

Marvel's 'Avengers: Infinity War' is the second highest-grossing super movie. The film was the fourth film and the first superhero film to gross over $2 billion worldwide. 

'Spider-Man: No Way Home' is now ruling the world with its box office numbers as the Tom Holland-led film has become the sixth-highest-grossing film of all time and third highest-grossing superhero movie. 

No Way Home has grossed over $1.6 billion worldwide, surpassing its predecessor as the highest-grossing film released by Sony Pictures. 

'The Avengers', which was released in the year 2012, is at number four in the list of highest-grossing superhero movies.

The last film of Phase One of the MCU grossed over $1.5 billion worldwide, setting numerous box office records. The multi starrer film became the third-highest-grossing film of all time when it was released and the highest-grossing film of 2012, as well as the first Marvel production, to generate $1 billion in ticket sales. 

Marvel's 2015 movie 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' grossed an astonishing $1.405 billion worldwide. After 7 years of release, the movie stands at the fifth number in the list of superhero highest-grossing movies. 

The film received generally positive reviews from critics and grossed over $1.4 billion worldwide, becoming the fourth-highest-grossing film of 2015 and the fifth-highest-grossing film of all time. 

Late actor Chadwick Boseman's 'Black Panther' was the first Marvel Studios film with a Black director and a predominantly Black cast. The movie grossed over $1.3 billion worldwide and become the highest-grossing film directed by a Black filmmaker.

The film received numerous accolades, with seven nominations at the 91st Academy Awards including the first nomination for Best Picture for a superhero film, and the first Academy Award win for an MCU film with wins for Best Costume Design, Best Original Score, and Best Production Design.
 

Pixar's 'Incredibles 2' is the seventh-highest grossing superhero film. The animated film made $182.7 million at the box office. 

Robert Downey Jr starrer 'Iron Man 3' comes at spot 8. The first film in phase two of the MCU received positive reviews from critics and raked in over $1.2 billion worldwide. 

'Captain America: Civil War' stand at number 9 on the list. The first film in phase three of the MCU was a commercial success grossing over $1.1 billion worldwide.

Jason Momoa's 'Aquaman' is the only DC movie in the top 10 highest-grossing superhero movies list. The film grossed $1.148 billion worldwide, making it the highest-grossing DCEU film and the highest-grossing movie based on a DC Comics character.
