Spread half the breadcrumbs on a plate, top with grated cheese, and microwave for five to ten minutes.
Allow the mixture to cool completely to achieve a crisp texture.
Gently break the cooled mixture into smaller pieces with your hands.
Add the crumbled mixture to a mixer grinder along with the remaining breadcrumbs, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Blend into a fine powder.
Transfer the cheese powder to an airtight container and enjoy it whenever needed.
