Incorporate turmeric, red chilli powder, and chopped tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes turn soft.
Toss in your favourite vegetables, rinsed moong dal, and oats. Stir everything together.
Add water, adjust the salt, and pressure cook for eight minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve with a side of yoghurt.
