When asked about this international nomination, Richa said "I have always been proud of the fact that 'Inside Edge' was India’s first original series. It’ll always be special for that reason. I am glad I got to be a part of this breakthrough in the Indian entertainment scene via streaming. It was the most watched show on Amazon globally last year and now an Emmy nomination is just very heartwarming.”
