A former actress has said Steven Seagal raped her when she was working as a film extra in 1993. Regina Simons claims Mr. Seagal invited her to a party at a house to celebrate finishing filming for 1994 action movie On Deadly Ground. Regina Simons called the alleged assault "very predatory, very aggressive and traumatizing'' during an interview that aired Friday on NBC's 'Megyn Kelly Today'. She was 18 at the time. She also explained her reaction the alleged series of events. "I couldn't move. I just completely froze and even felt like I left my body," she said. "I know I was crying." She also says she remembers seeing a photo of actress and model Kelly LeBrock on the nightstand, who was Seagal's wife at the time. Simons said she has filed a police report with both the Los Angeles and Beverly Hills police departments.
