Michael Wolff, the author of "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House" who has been highly critical since the beginning of Trump's presidency, has said his that revelations will most likely bring an end to Trump's time in the White House.

Wolff further claimed that Trump is not the right person to be on such a massive platform and is not fit for the job.

"I think one of the interesting effects of the book so far is a very clear emperor-has-no-clothes effect," Wolff said in an interview broadcast on Saturday.

"The story that I have told seems to present this presidency in such a way that it says he can’t do his job," Wolff said.

"Suddenly everywhere people are going 'oh my God, it’s true, he has no clothes'. That's the background to the perception and the understanding that will finally end ... this presidency."

However, Trump has come out to bash all the alleged claims made in the book, saying that they are all untrue

He further attacked the author in a Tweet posted on Saturday and called him a "total loser who made up stories in order to sell this really boring and untruthful book."

The Trump administration had earlier tried to block the book from being published but it was rushed into bookstores and onto e-book platforms four days ahead of schedule due to what its publisher called "unprecedented demand".
