The bus burst into fire after the collision that took place near Cafezal do Sul in Parana state
Twenty people died and 10 others were injured after a bus and a tanker truck filled with milk collided in southern Brazil on Monday.
The accident took place near Cafezal do Sul in Parana state.
The truck driver and 18 passengers on the bus were burned to death, police informed.
One other passenger died of a heart attack shortly after the accident, local media reported.
Most of the passengers were on their way to a public hospital for cataract surgeries.
The cause of the accident is being investigated.
