UP: 2 Hindu Yuva Vahini workers arrested for attempting to molest girl, setting her on fire

Two Hindu Yuva Vahini workers have been arrested in Uttar Pradesh on charges of attempting to molest a girl and then setting her on fire, ANI has reported.

The girl has died in a hospital in Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh.

The Hindu Yuva Vahini is a group founded by Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath.

ANI had earlier reported that a girl was molested in UP and when she tried to fight off her attackers, she was set on fire.

ANI had reported then that the accused were on the run.
