Panic ensues as gunman attacks school in Pakistan

An armed man tried to fire outside a private school in Haroonabad area of Bahawalnagar in Pakistan's Punjab province today, Pakistan daily the Express Tribune reported.
As panic gripped the area, heavy contingents of police reached the site and safely evacuated the school.
A similar incident was reported earlier this year in the vicinity near Viqar-un-Nisa School and College for Girls in Rawalpindi.
