Jayalalithaa's nice Deepa Jayakumar has decided to float a new political forum called MGR-Amma-Deepa forum on the late chief minister's 69th birth anniversary in India's southern state of Tamil Nadu.

Speaking to reporters, Deepa Jayakumar said, "This is not a party but a federation, my political journey has begun." The late chief minister's nice has decided to fight elections from R.K Nagar, the same constituency which belonged to the late chief minister Jayalathiaa.

During the recent AIADMK leadership crisis, Deepa Jayakumar had openly protested against Sasikala's elevation in the party and had actively supported rebel leader and former chief minister O. Panneerselvam's
claim for chief ministership of Tamil Nadu.

Now with her recent decision to float her own political outfit,  Deepa Jayakumar has opened yet another front in the war to claim Jayalalithaa's legacy.
