A CRPF jawan who says he lost a relative in the Sukma attack has slammed, in a video posted on Facebook Live, home minister Rajnath Singh.

CRPF personnel are being killed on your watch, the jawan tells Singh in the video.

He adds that the home minister is not giving the right advice to Prime Minister Modi.

It is the CRPF that provides security to top political leaders, he adds.

In the video, the jawan urges the media to not rely on the advice given by security experts but to talk to jawans posted on the ground directly.

That way they will better understand the problems faced by them.

On Monday, 25 CRPF personnel were killed in a Maoist ambush in Sukma in southern Chhattisgarh.

The Facebook Live post is the latest in a string of similar videos highlighting the plight of the common soldier.
