Ivanka Trump to attend summit co-hosted by US, India in November, tweets PM Modi

US President Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka will attend the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Hyderabad in November, Indian Prime Minister Modi wrote on Twitter. Ivanka promptly retweeted the posts.

India and US will co-host the summit which will be held from November 28-30, PM Modi tweeted, adding that he looked forward to Ivanka's presence as the leader of the US delegation.
The visit by the American delegation of entrepreneurs to India was finalised during PM Modi's meeting with President Trump in Washington on June 26.
"I have invited her (Ivanka Trump) to lead the US delegation for global entrepreneurship forum," PM Modi had said while addressing the media with President Trump at the end of delegation-level talks between the two leaders.
"...And I believe she has accepted," President Trump had said in his part of the address as Ivanka nodded.
She had later tweeted: “Thank you, Prime Minister Modi, for inviting me to lead the US delegation to the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in India this fall."

Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner are a part of President Trump's team of close advisors.
The Global Entrepreneurship Summit was started by the former US President Barack Obama in 2010.
The event has since been conducted in various cities across the world ever since including Dubai, Istanbul, Marrakesh, and the Silicon Valley.
The government think tank, the NITI Aayog has been selected as the nodal agency to conduct the event.
