India: Fire near Dreamland Theatre in south Mumbai

A massive fire broke out at a commercial complex near the Dreamland Theatre in India's Mumbai city on Sunday evening. 

The blaze erupted on the first floor of the four-storeyed Mehta Mansion in Girgaon at around 8:15 PM local time, and quickly spread to the second floor of the complex.

Eight fire tenders were immediately pressed into service to douse the fire and evacuate the people inside the complex.

No casualties or injuries have been reported in the incident so far. 

Earlier in the day, another fire was reported from at a residential building on P D'Mello Road. The fire official told that the fire had started on the first floor of the ground plus three storey building 'Sai Niwas' near Kaisar Hind Hotel at around 3:45 PM.
