The Aam Aadmi Party has (again) said the BJP win in the Delhi municipal elections was brought about by "EVM tampering".

Speaking to the media, with the BJP set to sweep the polls, Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia said "this difference is unbelievable".

He added, "Without EVM tampering it is not possible."

AAP leader Gopal Rai said the machines were "bugged and programmed".

He added, "This is not a Modi lehar (wave), this is an EVM wave. This is the same wave that they (BJP) used in the Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Punjab polls."

AAP and a few other political parties had made similar claims -- that the EVM machines had been tampered with -- after the recent assembly elections.

The BJP formed governments in four of those five states.
