There's a thing about Game of Thrones, it keeps getting better and better with every new episode. Although, the first episode did not bring many surprises but HBO was clearly surprised by the show's viewership.

The show's last season 6 premiere attracted 10.1 million viewers and the new figures of Season 7 aired on HBO shows a rise of over 50% which also makes it the most watched episode of the entire series.
The episode also trended on various social media platforms as Ed Sheeran made his debut on the show. Ed Sheeran was however panned by GOT followers who disliked his ''sing-song" debut, the singer in an apparent overreaction deleted his Twitter account.
'Dragonstone' started with Arya Stark's revenge against the Freys which means that "winter has already come for House Frey".
