US diplomat Alice Wells to participate in India's flagship Raisina Dialogue

United States Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary Alice Wells will participate in the Raisina Dialogue, India's flagship geo-political conference currently being held in New Delhi, for two days.

The US diplomat will be on a two-day official visit to New Delhi starting today.

The second edition of the Raisina Dialogue is being held today at Delhi's Taj Palace Hotel and conclude on January 19.

The theme of the annually-held Dialogue, this year is "The New Normal: Multilateralism with Multi-Polarity"

During her tour, Wells will also meet a number of officials of the Indian Government and members of the US business community .

 Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is on a six-day visit to India, inaugurated the Raisina Dialogue on Tuesday.

The conference is hosted by the Observer Research Foundation in collaboration with the Indian Government.
