A forensic team on Friday investigated the "gufa" (cave) at the Dera Sacha Sauda headquarters where Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh apparently lived, PTI reported.
This is also where he allegedly sexually exploited women.
The allegation that this is where he exploited women, PTI reported, was made by one of the women for whose rape Ram Rahim Singh victim was convicted on August 25.
PTI added that the woman had said the cave was where she was sexually exploited.
And that she had seen a number of other women coming out of the cave weeping.
PTI added that apart from Ram Rahim himself and a few select followers, no one else was allowed into the cave.
The forensic team investigating the cave was from IIT Roorkee.
A government official said five boys were found at the Dera headquarters on Friday, two of whom were minors.
The two minor boys have been handed over to the police.
The government official also said an unregistered Lexus, demonetised notes, and cash were seized from the Dera headquarters.
Mobile Internet services have been suspended in Sirsa, Haryana -- where the Dera headquarters are situated -- till September 10 to control the spread of rumours.
Curfew remain imposed through the day as security forces searched the Dera headquarters.
The search had been ordered by the Punjab and Haryana high court and was led by a retired judge.
