The official spokesperson of Bharatiya Janata Party, Sambit Patra on Sunday tweeted a picture of alleged Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) poster featuring a picture of Kim Jong-un in Kerala.

According to media reports, the poster is an invite to all CPI-M cadres to attend the party meet in Nedumkandam.

Media quoted CPI-M's district secretary as saying that the poster must be a mistake made by the party's local group.

The poster is being removed.

Patra's tweet was referring to the killing of BJP and RSS members in the state.

In October, an RSS activist, Nenmini Anand was hacked to death by an unknown person.

BJP President Amit Shah also reacted to the incident alleging that CPI-M workers were behind the attack.

The CPI-M has also accused the RSS of causing a communal tension in the state.

According to a report released by CPI-M in October, from 2000 to 2017, 85 CPI-M workers and 65 RSS workers were killed.

Kim Jong Un has also said in the past that he would nuke the United States with missiles.
