Nagpur-Mumbai Duronto Express train derails in Maharashtra, no casulties

Nagpur-Mumbai Duronto Express train derailed near Titwala in Maharashtra on Tuesday morning.

At least nine coaches and the engine derailed near Titwala, reports said. A rescue team has been rushed from Kalyan. Initial reports said few people have been injured.

ANI news agency quoting railway officials said the train derailed due to a landslide in the area. There is no report of any casualties.

Four trains have been diverted due to the Duronto Express derailment. The trains have been directed to run through Kalyan-Lonavala-Pune-Daund-Manmad line.
