Afghan President Ashraf Ghani arrives in Delhi, will hold talks with PM Modi

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani arrived in Delhi on Wednesday morning, news agency ANI reported.
According to reports, President Ghani and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold talks on a number of issues of mutual interest.
The two leaders are expected to hold dialogue over regional security and 'peace talks' with the Taliban.
They are also expected to review the progress made on the infrastructure work being done in Afghanistan by India.

President Ghani is also expected to attend an event organised by the India Foundation later in the day. Afghan President's visit comes shortly after Pakistan's newly-appointed foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi visited Kabul.
Afghanistan is slated to go to polls next month.
