AAP leaders will march to the Parliament today urging the Modi government to end sealing of markets in the national capital.

According to Saurabh Bharadwaj, chief spokesperson of party's Delhi unit, the ongoing sealing drive in Delhi was to due to conversion charges which are under the purview of the three municipal corporations ruled by the BJP and the Delhi Development Authority.

AAP leaders will march to Parliament to pressurize the Centre to bring in an ordinance in this regard.

Municipal corporations in Delhi have undertaken the Supreme Court-led sealing drive sealing commercial premises for failing to deposit conversion charges.

Conversion charge is the amount paid to convert one category of property to another --  i.e, from residential to commercial.
