Studies in the past have shown that laziness is related to high intelligence. Colombia has taken it way too seriously, it seems. No, we are not kidding! Colombia really observes a day of laziness every year, which is also considered a national holiday.

World Day of Laziness, popularly known as Lazy Day, is celebrated every year in Colombia's Itahui to mark the closing day of the Festival of Industry, Trade and Culture. The aim of celebrating Lazy Day is to promote a healthy and positive use of time. People in Colombia dress up in their pyjamas and bring out their beds to the streets to mark the day.

So, what do you think about it? Too lazy to celebrate? We feel you!
